Please read the following terms of service agreement before proceeding. These terms are designed to protect the best interests of our customers. If any customer’s account is found to be used inappropriately, JMS Hosting reserves the right to act within accordance of its policies as stated below.

JMS Hosting has a zero tolerance policy against hacking. If any customer is caught hacking into our system, or using their account to hack into other systems, the offending customer’s account will be immediately and permanently removed and said customer will be immediately reported to legal authorities. Any customer who suspects that his or her account is being hacked is expected to report such suspicions immediately to JMS Hosting and we will investigate and act accordingly. We will also cooperate fully with legal authorities in this and any and all other offenses punishable by law.

Any intentional distribution of viruses will result in immediate and permanent removal of your account.

JMS Hosting expressly forbids the distribution of any pornographic material of any kind. If any customer’s account is found to contain porn, the offending material must be removed within twenty-four hours. After the offending material is removed, JMS Hosting will monitor your account for sixty days. Should the customer attempt a second violation of this policy during or after the sixty-day period, the account will be immediately and permanently removed. Failure to remove this material within the set amount of time will result in permanent removal of your account.

We expressly forbid the distribution of any spam of any kind, including, but not limited to, bulk email, flames or mail bombs. JMS Hosting must not be the source, intermediary of destination of any form of spam. If any customer’s account is found to be transmitting spam to or from JMS Hosting, the offending material must be removed within twenty-four hours. After the offending material is removed, JMS Hosting will monitor your account for sixty days. Should the customer attempt a second violation of this policy during or after the sixty-day period, the account will be immediately and permanently removed. Failure to remove this material within the set amount of time will result in permanent removal of your account.

The use of IRC service is strictly prohibited, as is the use of peer to peer and the distribution of unlawful material of any kind including, but not limited to, pirated programs, hacker programs or archives and mp3 files or archives. If this content is found on your account and is not removed within twenty-four hours, your account will be removed. If the content is removed within twenty-four hours, the offending account will be watched for sixty days. If the customer attempts a second violation during or after the sixty-day period, the account will be immediately and permanently removed.

We will issue a penalty fee of seventy-five dollars for violations of porn, spam, hacking, viruses or any other unlawful material including, but not limited to, the items mentioned above.

JMS Hosting reserves the right to remove any material from any customer’s account reasonably deemed unacceptable buy us. We also reserve the right to terminate any account containing such material. We are the sole arbiter of what constitutes a violation of these provisions.
